Tantra, mantra and yantra are not 3 different things. They are parts of the same system. If they don’t come together, work cohesively and perform in tandem, fruition of the sadhana will not happen.
Let us look at it from the micro to macro.
1. Using the body for elevation of consciousness. Completely emptying the colons, stomach, nasal passages and sinuses to work the echo chambers perfectly for the chant, while using stored ojas to burn for the movement of energy. This requires an intense amount of focus and discipline. 1% of the population will be able to power through.
2. Looking out of this space, you can use another’s body in tandem with yours to achieve this. This may look less intense on the self, but the coordination and rhythm required between the two bodies may take work and a cohesive focus. Very much like two circus acrobats who work together like well-oiled wheels.
3. If you want to further decrease work, you can use the echo quality of caves, water etc and utilise mantras to raise the energy, using an outside yantra to work with you. The maha meru is a good example of a powerful yantra outside of your body that can systematically help you raise consciousness.

4. If regular work is not giving you enough time to work on yourself, then temples are the best space for you. The tantric blueprint along which temples are built work seamlessly to raise your energy. Find out what type of temple it is and use accordingly.
5. Of course, the easiest way is for your Guru to raise your #kundalini for you.
